What is the Switch Beginner’s Bootcamp?
- A great way to start improving your body and your health
- 6-week program (12 classes) hosted outdoors 2x per week
- Great for those who haven’t exercised in a while or those looking for a new challenge. Your trainer will tailor the program to meet your needs.
- Learn proper nutrition and technique, and perform progressively difficult workouts at your own pace.
- At Clinton Township Civic Center
- Tue / Thu 6:30-7:30 beginning July 11th
